drylin NTM telescope with motor 

Telescopic slides with electric motors provide reliable motion in automated systems, from self-opening drawers in service robotics to extendable landing platforms. The NTM-45 is igus’s first ready-to-install and ready-to-connect motorised telescopic system, which is ideally suited for mobile applications.

Lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminium forms the basis of the system. With the system available with an extension length of up to 500 mm, drawers with an extended length of up to 1,000 mm can be realised. Featuring PTFE-free and PFAS-tested sliding elements – ideal for hygienic, maintenance-free applications. Whether for goods delivery, beverages, food or medicines. The system combines igus’s diverse expertise, from the coating of the aluminium and the integrated drive technology via dryspin threads and toothed belts to the drylin E-motors and control technology. For the product, this means completely lubricant- and maintenance-free operation, ensuring quiet, low-vibration running throughout its lifetime.

Notes on technical data:
  • E (max.): for L = 150 - 199 : E (max.) = 2 x L - 200 (partial extension), for L ≥ 200 : E (max.), possible = 2 x L - 200 (over-extension)
  • Value L for E (max.): for L ≥ 200 : E (max.), recommended = L (full extension)
  • h4: max. thread depth of the screw for the fixed rail
  • h5: max. thread depth of the screw for the movable rail

  • INI-AB-I-025-B-AA (PNP | 24 volts, M8 plug, normally closed)
