Once it‘s dark, these sunshades can be folded open and illuminated for a nice ambiance. iglidur® plain bearings are used in the pole and arms of the sunshade. Since they are often set up near beaches and are exposed to extreme weather conditions and salty air, the use of conventional bearings would only be possible in conjunction with a great deal of maintenance.
